In 1997 Scott Jardine were the first in the UK to introduce Free Psychometric Assessment as an integral component of Executive Search. He has also developed and organised many Assessment Centres for a wide range of clients and roles. From this was born the Team Assessment process used to evaluate management teams and identify opportunities for further development.
Fellow Director Gary Lacey joined the business in 2006 and helped to further extend the company’s range of services to include Executive Coaching, Lean & Six Sigma Training, and Outplacement.
