Scott Jardine’s Search & Selection philosophy is not based on putting a person behind a desk. Our proven recruitment platform is founded on identifying the best fit between company, culture, demands of the role and the individual.
Our aim in assessing your suitability for a role will centre on an interview format intended to explore your experience in relation to the critical success factors of the role. In this open, objective and focussed discussion you will have the opportunity to discuss your relevant achievements, experience and motivation for the role. Depending on our client’s requirements, this will take place over the phone or in person at our modern offices in Tamworth.
Some of our clients will also ask us to give you a further opportunity to demonstrate your capability for the role in an objective, unbiased way, using robust and validated assessment exercises. These exercises can include personality profile questionnaires and a range analysis exercises designed to show us your approach to analysing business information and solving problems.
Whatever combination the process entails, we believe that multi-method assessment is the fairest and most objective approach to giving our clients an overview of your strengths, motivation, experience and achievements.
