Candidate Referral Reward Scheme

At Scott Jardine we are constantly looking for good quality candidates to put forward to our clients for a wide range of professional, technical and managerial roles.
To help us find suitable candidates we run a candidate referral reward scheme that can potentially reward you with individual payments of £250 for recommending the names of friends or colleagues as potential candidates who would be happy to be promoted to our clients.

Terms & Conditions
The candidate must not be already known by Scott Jardine Ltd.
All candidates must be registered using the 'Candidate Referral Reward Form'. It is important that you seek the permission of the individuals prior to doing this. This form must be returned to us via the website whereby we will check all names on our system and notify you by e-mail of the status of the person.
Where the candidate is introduced by more than one person we will operate on a first come first served basis.
A payment of £250.00 will be made against any 'New' candidates registered against your name who are successfully placed by us into a permanent placement. Payments will be made subject to the candidate remaining in employment for a minimum of 13 worked weeks.
If you are a Limited Company, payment will be made to your Company upon receipt of a valid invoice for 'Candidate Referral Rewards Scheme'.
If you are PAYE staff, fee payments will be made direct to you personally.
All referral payments will be made against the original permanent placement only.
The scheme is only valid for six months from the date of the initial referral.
The company reserves the right to amend or change the conditions of the scheme without written notice.
In the event of any disputed fees, following all reasonable reference checks, Scott Jardine Ltd's decision will be final.
These terms are final and non-negotiable.
If you receive a fee payment from Scott Jardine Ltd then it is your responsibility for the declaration of these fees to the Inland Revenue.
