Formerly the Managing Director of Scott Jardine Search, Selection & Assessment, John recently became CEO after persuading Gary Lacey to join the business. John founded Scott Jardine in 1987, after spotting a gap in the market for added-value recruitment. This led to Scott Jardine becoming the first Recruitment Consultancy to offer Psychometric Assessment as an integral part of the recruitment process.
John has extensive experience in the Aerospace recruitment sector and has an enviable track record in this and a number of other sectors. He has led and managed the recruitment process in a wide range of industries for a variety of blue chip clients. John could lay claim to being an expert in Team Assessment, having undertaken assignments in this area for a number of the country's leading industrial conglomerates.
John was also a driving force behind the "People Solutions International" global search network, with Scott Jardine being one of the founder members.
John is full "Level B" qualified by the British Psychological Society and recently collaborated on a paper to be delivered at the January 2007 British Psychological Society Conference in Bristol: “Validation of the Saville Consulting Aptitude Assessment Range”. He also has a BA (Hons) in Social Science from Leicester University.
John is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development
