Lean Leader Development - 3 days

This course is designed to be an onsite development activity with practical implementation of many of the lean tools and techniques used in lean manufacturing. The programme is designed to support the implementation of lean activities within the business and provide hands on experience to lean leaders in their own work environment.

This programme lasts three days at the client's site.
