Lean Manufacturing Introduction - 1 day
The course is designed to provide an overview of the tools and techniques that are involved in lean manufacturing. The course is aimed at business leaders, managers, supervisors and staff who wish to understand the concepts and tools involved in the lean journey. Topics include waste and waste elimination, developing a lean operating system, 5S workplace organisation, kaizen, visual management, standard work, and implementing lean manufacturing.
The course lasts one day and is based at our Lion Court Training Centre in Leicestershire, or on site as required.
