Lean Team Leadership - 1 day
The course is ideal for recently appointed team leaders but is very relevant to experienced team leaders who are involved in the transition from traditional to lean operating principles. Topics include the role of team leaders in lean, value adding and non value adding activities, types of waste, visual management, 5S workplace organisation, standard work, problem solving, learning to see and value stream mapping. Team building and team development skills are also a key part of the training including, developing performance measures, communication and dealing with difficult situations and people.
The course lasts one day and is based at our Lion Court Training Centre in Leicestershire, or on site as required.
