Quality Director – Aerospace Manufacturer
This global aerospace product manufacturer had defined several key initiatives for their business and in order for the company to grow in line with their strategy they sought to recruit a Director of Quality. As this was a newly created appointment for the company, Scott Jardine attended a number of their manufacturing sites to meet with a selection of key individuals in order to fully understand their requirements. This leading producer of engineered components used in Aerospace, Industrial and Off Highway applications had struggled for many months to find a suitable Divisional Lean Manager. This quickly identified a number of quality candidates which led to the client’s dilemma of which one to choose – a nice problem to have! This leading international manufacturer was seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to lead a national specification team, and identify and open up new opportunities and markets for their products.
