Excellent results gained by directors from Executive Coaching
During 2006, Scott Jardine launched its Executive Coaching service for directors and senior managers, to improve their performance and contribution to the business by providing independent and objective advice and support.
The service is led by Gary Lacey, Managing Director of Scott Jardine, who has a wealth of business experience at Managing Director level and is a trained coach.
The coaching service supports clients in three areas. Firstly, by providing an impartial experienced sounding board, to talk over business issues that directly impact on the business and its direction. The coach can address in absolute confidence the individual issues and needs of the client.
Secondly, to help clients with their personal self-discovery using the psychology of success through looking at their thinking habits, developing motivating goals and tackling the knowing-doing gap. Finally it provides the practical business skills and tools needed to enhance the client capabilities. The coaching service has led to noticeable improved personal and business performance.

The coaching process normally consists of six coaching sessions over six months but can be adapted to suit individual client needs. The WAVE personality profile is part of the recruitment process for retained assignments run by Scott Jardine but can be also used as part of the coaching and development programme.
