    Set up target dates and reviews

    Agree how often to meet and for how long
    Establish preparation needed for each session
    Identify the key areas for development
  3. Start Coaching Programme
    Agree agenda for each session
    Challenge assumptions
    Help the delegate to develop their skills and performance in line with the goals
  4. Review andĀ Evaluate
    Check against original purpose and objectives
    Ensure measurable improvements are sustained
