The Process

On all Executive Search assignments we follow an industry leading, rigorous process of detailed project briefing, candidate identification and assessment before presenting a short-list of able, capable and qualified candidates for clients to interview.

All of our Executive Search assignments are guaranteed for 12 months.

The Process includes:

  1. Conduct a site visit and meet with the key decision makers and stake holders to take a full briefing to determine critical success factors associated with the role.
  2. Provide client with a detailed project documentation pack for approval which includes:
    1. Company profile
    2. Position description
    3. Person specification
    4. Main terms and conditions of employment
  3. Identify suitable candidates
    1. Extensive internet advertising campaign
    2. Internal database search
    3. Internet candidate database search
    4. Social Media search (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+ etc)
    5. Personal contact with key players in the market to provide referrals
    6. Structured Market Headhunt (identifying and approaching candidates within your competitors and/or supply chain)
  4. Candidate Assessment
    1. Initial telephone screening
    2. Face-to-face capability based interview with the Lead Consultant
    3. Online Verbal  and Numerical Reasoning Tests
    4. Online Saville Consulting WAVE Psychometric Assessment
  5. Shortlist Presentation to client consisting of:
    1. Candidate CV
    2. Interview and Assessment Notes
    3. WAVE Personality Profile report
    4. Results of online testing
  6. Client Interviews
  7. Managing the offer process
  8. Candidate starts in new role
  9. Post-placement Review
