Six Sigma Introduction - 1 day
A course designed for business leaders and professionals who wish to learn more about the Six Sigma methodology.The course addresses the questions of:
Delegates will understand the basic structure of the Six Sigma approach through the application of the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control Phases. They will appreciate the importance of correctly managing the implementation in order for the methodology to give the greatest benefits.
Delegates will receive an overview of the Six Sigma methodology and will understand how the correct application of the techniques can dramatically improve their processes.
They will understand the benefits of a Six Sigma program and how to get started in their own work place.
The course will run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with coffee breaks and luncheon supplied, course notes and an attendance certificate will be supplied.
